2 cups oatmeal. add boiling water let sit for 5 minutes. slice a banana on top and enjoy.
2 cups mixed green salad with 1tbs vinaigrette. 1.5cups lentil soup.
1 cup baked yam, 1 cup mixed frozen veggies.

breakfast:
-Special K cereal with skim milk
-Cheerios cereal with skim milk
-Weight Watchers breakfast bars
lunch:
-weight watchers snack packs (looks like lunchables. contains mini chicken wraps and other healthy choices)
-100 Calorie packs
-Yogurt
dinner:
-low fat everything (mayo, dressing, WHEAT BREAD, ect.)
extra tips:
-drink a bottle of water [an hour or less] before lunch and dinner. this fills you up faster in a healthy way.
-exercise 15 minutes a day (jogging-maybe with the dog?)

Well this is what I do to save cost and lose weight.
Breakfast: 2 Boiled eggs and Quick Oats every morning
Quarter snack: Almonds
Lunch: Wholegrain bread with vegetables and Chicken breasts
Quarter Snack: Almonds,
Dinner: Steak or Fish, potatoes
And everyday at mornings before breakfast I either walk or jog depends on my mood for 20 minutes and end it with a 1 minute sprint.
