im 17 years old about to be 18 i weight 204 lbs…i really want to lose around 2-3 lbs a week.what should i so?

your on your way. you won't see it overnight, but trust me you will see it at the rate you are headed. also make sure you do some jogging or jumping rope. keep in mind, the scale is not the best way to always determine weight loss, cloth measure tape is what i use when i train friends.
you can do alot of exersise
and eat healthy stuff
theres some cereal that is good for losing weight.
walk,run & maybe do some sports.
Oh thank god you're not one of those people who think it's possible to lose the 20 pounds in a day… High five for that
Diet plan!! Wooo!! There are 3500 calories in a pound of human fat…
You lower your calorie intake by 500ish a day (don't eat under 1200 calories or more than 2000) and do cardio for the exercise… I think you're meant to do a minimum of 20 – 30 minutes because your body uses stored energy at that time, but after that time it starts burning fat (whoop whoop!))
Eh… Oh yes and eat healthily… Have an apple, have a break (because kit kats are just bad for you..)
Drink water! (2 litres a day or so) It keeps your metabolism going so you end up losing weight…
Eh.. Oh don't give up… A month ago I started a kinda… zero tolerance diet thingy and since then I've eaten 0 sweets (*proud*).. After the first week or so you really get into it and you start enjoying eating healthily!
Am… I can't think of any other tips
I lost 4 whole pounds in 2 or 3 weeks by pigging out on fruit and good stuff instead of mars bars
And if I can do it, I'm sure you can do it!
