i just atarted working out 4-5 times a week and eating right i really need to lose the weight within 2-3 months..mii goal is for about 20 lbs…i also take 2 classes during the week…
im 17 years old about to be 18 i weight 204 lbs…i really want to lose around 2-3 lbs a week.what should i so?
