Hey…a little losing weight help please?

do you think I will lose weight?
I am 18 year old female 5ft 7 and 154lbs (overweight I know =( )
I eat about 1300-1500kcal daily also 5 fruit and veg
I drink green tea and 8 cups of water
I do exercise everyday for an hour…sometimes walking, jumping rope about 3000 jumps and dancing, depending on the mood I am in
So will I lose weight and tone up my muscles? Also any tips and advice would be useful and appreciated
