Also add in strength training, for instance sit ups, push ups, lunges, and squats.  Also try Pilate&#039;s and Yoga workout videos from seventeen.com, fitnessmagazine.com, and youtube.

I also suggest for your evening meal you don&#039;t make it large as this will just undo what you&#039;ve been trying all day.  Use a smaller plate and smaller portions of healthy foods like veggies and fruits, chicken, turkey, or tuna, and lots of salads.

Also be sure to be drinking lots of water!</description>
