My mother is 61 years old and has multiple illnesses. She's been to doctors and they offer no real diet help and she is also someone who doesn't understand to ask the right questions and is scared to eat virtually anything since it might cause a problem. Being sick of seeing her always sick, I took it upon myself to research a diet tailored for her so her illnesses can be prevented by diet. She hardly eats anything "useful" but I do know the foods she does like to eat.
She has, in order of worst illness (which could be related to each other:)
1) Migraines (1 per week)
2) High blood pressure (170)
3) Ulcer
4) Bowel movement problems (can't go to the bathroom and excrete.)
5) Anemia
6) Arthritis
7) Eyesight has degraded
I researched and took an "average" of what I found to be the best vitamin dosages and foods that have the best vitamins that she eats to help her with her problems. For example, I know certain foods trigger migraines so I took them out, but replaced them with foods that she DOES eat and etc. I also looked into what causes ulcers and what doesn't and what natural food doctors recommend for them, etc.
Please check out the link below in which I made a table with dosages and foods that in my opinion would help my mother. I'd like your opinions on what I came up with so please scrutinize and make recommendations. I would ultimately like to show the final result to her doctor. I've also emailed other dieticians as well and still waiting for replies. Thank you for any replies.

unfortunately, it's the bland foods she eats and the only one's her stomache can take. I figured she could add on to it as she goes along and figure out if it affects her or not.
