how much do you weigh and how tall are you. Diets don't work. you should just be eating right. You want the best eating advice ever. Don't eat starches…hard but it works. Get your carbs from fruits and veggies.

you are allowed to have as much sugar as you want whether you are on a diet or not. there is no rule in the bible saying that if you are on a diet you can only have 30g of sugar OR ELSE
just eat the sugar in moderation. its not gonna kill you

it really depends on your body (how much you weight, height) as well as your level of physical activity. also, it depends on what type of sugar you eat. sugar from foods such as fruits are better for you than the artificially added sugar or sugar you add to coffee or tea.

Just cut all processed sugar out. It does you no good. The only time it is somewhat useful is after an intense workout to help replace glycogen and spike insulin to enhance nutrient uptake. This is mainly for the muscle building crowd. Just cut as much sugar out as you can. stick to complex carbs.
