I’m female, 22. 5’7″. 148lbs.
Do you think limiting total fat intake to 15 grams total per day will help in weight loss? Of those 15 a large majority will be poly and monounsaturated. No trans. Maybe 5 g Saturated at most.
Other things will obviously be taken into consideration too like calories, grams of sugar, etc. but I'm just wondering about the fat right now.
