I eat right, so I’m not thinking of any strict dieting (maybe cutting out a few things here and there), but I love Tae-Bo. We used to do it in middle school for gym when the teacher was too lazy to think up anything else, but I loved it. Even though I was always heavier than 90% of the class, I could go through the video twice (that’s all the time we had) without stopping–it was that much fun.

Anyways, if I buy a workout DVD and do it 3 times a week for the entire session could I lose weight?

I’m 5’3 120, athletic, eat VERY healthy, no soda, moderately active and wanna be 110. I love jogging! I eat 1800 cals a day to maintain my weight.

If I SLOWLY jog 2-3 miles a day (burning 200 calories) and eat 1200 will I lose 110 a month? I also weight lift twice a week (not hardcore). THis is considering plateuos, muscle gain etc. Will my metabolism stay up (I get all my nutrients)?

Sunday=1200 calories
Monday=1250 calories
Tuesday=1300 calories
Wednesday=1350 calories
Thursday=1400 calories
Friday=1450 calories
Saturday=1500 calories
(making sure to have at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies)

Every day=
25 push-ups
50 squats
100 crunches
15 minutes minimum of cardio

I am 5’5. I weigh 130 lbs now and I want to get down to 115 by October. Can I do that on this diet?
I want to tone too.

Thru the day whenever I choose i will eat/drink these things…

One Sugar Free Red Bull…One low sodium V8… 8 oz. V8 Fusion… raw veggies… 1 slice whole grain bread…..one serving turkey breast….8 oz. 1% milk

I am 5'5 and 150 lbs… so i think I need to get off 30 lbs.

then all the water and green tea I want.

1 hour on eliptical before work… and 1 hour after work
