I eat right, so I’m not thinking of any strict dieting (maybe cutting out a few things here and there), but I love Tae-Bo. We used to do it in middle school for gym when the teacher was too lazy to think up anything else, but I loved it. Even though I was always heavier than 90% of the class, I could go through the video twice (that’s all the time we had) without stopping–it was that much fun.
Anyways, if I buy a workout DVD and do it 3 times a week for the entire session could I lose weight?
