If i ate 2 bowls of cereal a day and a small snack such as a banana and 8 glasses of ice water a day, doing cardio excercises or a workout dvd for 40 minutes, would i loose weight if so an estimated amount???
This is for an young woman, who weighs around 126 pounds and is 5’4-5;5

k, so im on this diet and i can only eat foods without sugar and they have to be whole wheat. but i dont really have alotta foods that follow those rules… so can u list things that i can have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and inbetween? please? thanks Ü
