As for eating before you go to bed, it&#039;s only rumours that it turns to fat.  You can eat whatever you want when ever you want, as long as it&#039;s healthy.</description>

		<description>on average, for a person who excersises somewhat during the day, can lose up to 60 calories an hour while sleeping, but if your not active at all.. its less.

the more you excersise during the day, its more calories.. :)

So yeah a just add it all up and id say you need like 6-10 hours a sleep every night.. :)</description>
