I've been wanting to lose a bit of weight (not too much, but enough to be a little more toned). I've read plenty of websites about what to do and what not to do, but I'm still a teen. A late teen, but a teen nonetheless. I was wondering if anyone has any exercises developed specifically for teen bodies, or if I should just stick with the regular workouts that adults use?

Also, to the one answerer who suggested using 17 magazine as a resource – I admit some of their work outs are great, but I try to avoid all teen magazines lately. They just make me feel horrible about the way I look. For some reason, they tend to get to me.
