Lose fat…get lean muscle…?

I am on a workout streak. I have been eating healthy and drinkin nothing but water for the last week. I am running/walking 5 miles a day every morning. Is there anything that will help me lose the fat and get lean muslce. I am only 115 and 5'6" so Im not big at all just a lil flabby on my legs and hips. So I dont think it will take much to get into shape. I am goin to the beach in a month so I need some serious help. Is there anything u can get from GNC that will help?
