Honestly I&#039;d say you&#039;re probably bordering on being an unhealthy weight. Don&#039;t do anything drastic, just get active and eat healthy food when you can. Drink mainly water (so cut down on juice and soda), eat fruit and vegetables, keep the junk to a minimum. But exercise really is the key.</description>
