Is my diet good for fat loss?

Breakfast – Oats with 2 strawberries, half a banana (sliced), blueberries, 2 prunes and a teaspoon of honey.
Snack: Pickled egg or low fat soft cheese.
Lunch – Half a cucumber, tomato and chicken sandwich (made with brown bread). A cup of spinach and an apple.
Dinner – Roast chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, butter beans, brown rice.
Dessert – Sugar-free jello.

I drink water, 1 cup of green tea, 2 cups of de-caffeinated tea with skimmed milk and 1-2 glasses of Pepsi Light.

I walk 4 miles every day.

Are there any ways I can improve my diet and boost my metabolism?
