I'm 140 pounds and I'm about 5'7.I would like to lose some weight to be healthier and more active(and wear some cuter clothes:).Pls be exact,THANX!
It's not that I don't have any self esteem,I used to not but I've gotten over that.I would just like to wear cuter clothes and be healthier than I am.I'm convinced that I'm a bit over weight because I don't ust have alittle pooch,I literally have rolls of fat and my sister is about the same height as I am and she is like 124 pounds and that I would say is a healthy weight because she does look healthy.I don't worry about it all day long,I just want to lose some weight.
I'm 13 and from what i've heard I'm about 15 pounds over weight,how should I diet?
