I've been doing this for 8 weeks and still havent lost any weight. I'm 5'7" and 170 pounds. I feel stonger but I am getting discouraged about not losing anything. I eat great (about 1200 calories a day)all good foods. What is wrong!!!
I ride a bike 8 miles a day, do weight training and crunches,but i still don't lose any weight!?
