how much weight can you lose off of adderall?

Adderall reduces your hunger and thirst. But if you dont eat or drink for long periods of time (which is completely unhealthy by the way), you'll probably eat and drink a huge amount as soon as you're off of it. The only way to lose weight would be to constantly keep taking it, although this will build a dependency and pretty much screw up your life because you won't have a normal sleeping pattern. Case in point: don't think of adderall as a means of weight loss.
I lost 20 pounds on Adderall in a year eating fast food and whatever else I wanted to stuff my face with. But now I fear I will gain it all back once I get off it. If you want to loose weight with Adderall, I think your best bet is to take it for about a month or two all the while adapting healthy eating and exercise habits. It's a good way to loose the initial weight, just don't get addicted…
