hi i just finished my bulking up diet and now ive been cutting up for 2 months now and lost 20 lbs. but how can i tell if the weight lost was fat not muscle???
i still have kind of a gut (cant see my six pack yet)
but my gut HAS gone in alot…
i just feel so skinny now
i was at 170lbs now down to 150
how can i conserve muscle and lose fat?
is it possible to gain muscle while losing fat??
i also weight train 6 days a week along with cardio every single day.
