I have been really REALLY really good for over more than to weeks. The first week I weighted 165 pounds, second week 159 third week 164 !!!! Whats wrong… I am eating really good, exercising …. I am sooooo good.. you have no idea… I want to cry is so frustrated…. I am drinking green tea, not eating at night, I eat small portions, 5 times a day… Containing only protein like tuna, chicken.. and vegetables, only lettuce, spinach and some times tomato… I dont drink sodas at all… not candy at all… not bread or anything alike… please help!!
Ohh wait, I do feel my clothes better….
I weighed 3 times in different places…the same fuc**** result =( Grrrrr sooo angry!
