I run a lot. it really helps tone muscle and it helps you become more athletic and you feel more toned, stronger, and healthier.
Running upstairs will also tone your butt
Riding bicycles is great for your thighs-- and its fun!
yoga helps you become longer, to make you look thinner, and it helps you to tone your muscles and make you stronger as you do more and more difficult poses
etc. etc.

ALSO-- *VERY IMPORTANT*-- when you eat, you can&#039;t eat JUNK and eat under 1500 calories.
you need to be eating thinks with vitamins, nutritional value, etc.
no sodas, ice cream, cookies, chips, lots of bread-- none of that bull shit!!!!!!
because if you think that if you can eat whatever you want, just only a certain number of calories, you&#039;ll never lose weight
and drink PLENTY of water, and green tea- it boosts your metabolism</description>

But remember, weight loss does not happen over night, and starving yourself with only 1000 calories will do more harm than good.</description>
