in a sense… the cleaner your colon, the less u weigh. but since pooping is natural and happens often it doesn't make much of a difference

it does…but not like lbs or anything. very little. im sure there are those people who feel like they've lost like 5 lbs after they use the bathroom but they might feel lighter. hahaha…
