Okay im 16 and weight about 180 and im 5'5. Ive been drinking little more than a gallon of water per day and havent eaten any junk food or dranked anything else besides water. i eat about every two hours and i dont eat after 6. Do you think this will make me lose weight or do you think its too much water?

    Nope, drink cold water, as you burn more callories bringing it up to your bodies temperature.

    And keep eating like that and add 30 minutes of cardio in a day, and you'll be sweet in no time.

    No you Gotta Exercise Mate you dont lose weight over night.

    The only way youll lose weight is exercise And eat healthy.

    And you drinking too much water itll go to your brain LOL

    So dont drink that much only 8-10 glasses a day

    well i know you are supposed to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. you can drink other juices but just not anything high in sugars and things like that. cut out junk food and eat portion sized foods. plus your gonna want to exercise. walking is usually a good start then jogging or to whatever u feel most comfortable at. this is basically what i have been doing since march 1st and ive lost 23 pounds already. its gonna come off slow, but it will all come off if you work hard towards it. you have to have the ambition to lose the weight too. its just not gonna come off all at once over night. you have to work hard for it.

    Yeah, keep drinking a ton of water cause it will totally help u. Try eating more fruit and nuts. they are low -cal and will still provide your body with the nutrients it needs. also throw in some cardio and pilates and u are good to go.

    Actually it does. Drinking water makes you lose your hunger so when you get hungry, fill your self up with water you will lose your hunger. You still need to eat but drink lots of water and you can lose weight. This is also very healthy for you. Also this help with food digestion. It's not only water it's many fluids. But be careful, make sure they are fluids with no or little calories. Even though calories are not bad, they still can make you gain weight if you don't use them.

    drinking water helps flush toxins from your body. we are made up of mostly water, but sometimes the water hides in between the layers of our skin. eat small healthy meals during the day. try to eat a light snack before sleep cuz you spend at least 6 hours of the night fasting -a time when you can potentially store fat.

    i drink water more than 8glasses a day,,,and and i do walking every early in the moring and before i eat my luch i do excercise too,,,,and i nevare eat dinner,,,,,,do you think it can loose my weight?
