It explains how to diet and lose weight by using a method called calorie shifting. You go through like three pages of explanations and whatnot. It gets you all kinds of excited. It tells you it about an 11 day menu they'll provide for you and all that jazz…BUT then they say you can download it for "only half price!!!". Wow, I wasn't planning on paying for it at all.
