I would first focus on what and how much you are eating before worrying about when you are eating it.  If you struggle with mindless eating in the evening, then you may want to look at what time you set as a cutoff time.</description>

Not eating late is good for your health and helps you sleep better.  But for actual weight loss, you have to eat less calories than you burn.  

I suggest you add a little exercise to your schedule.

You need to eat several small meals a day and figure out how much calories you need a day for the amount of pounds you need to lose. A nutritionist will help figure it out. And of course all that is pointless if you do not work out!</description>
